Pest Control Services
January, February and March
Winter has arrived in East Texas! If you’re curious what the weather has in store for us, just read on.
The 2011 Farmers Almanac says winter temperatures will be slightly milder than normal, on average, with the coldest periods in late December, mid-January, and early and mid-February. Precipitation will be above normal in Texas and below normal in Oklahoma. Snowfall will be near to above normal, with the most significant snow and ice occurring in mid-January and mid-February.
The cold months of the year are when we do most of our rodent control and live animal trapping. It seems these creatures enjoy the warmth of central heat as much as we do. Our regular service for your home or business will focus on inspecting for winter time pests, and all pests that are active year around. On nicer days this time of year it is not unusual to find ants and other insects foraging around and looking for a warm home.
If you have an urgent need or just want to set up a regular preventative program for you home or business, please give us a call.
